A chance meeting on campus freshman year reunited acquaintances Nichole and Rob Chappel. After graduation, they continued to law school together and built successful careers. Now they’re enjoying the experience of seeing their daughter attend SU as well. Watch the video.

Priscilla Tyree Williams ’86 praises SU’s diversity and student support efforts

Tyree Williams ’86, was the first African American woman to earn a civil engineering degree from SU. Today she oversees capital improvements for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, and works to empower and support future generations of engineers. Read more.
